Chinese Honey Chicken

Okay, I must say that Bobby over at Blog Chef ROCKS!! I've been eying a few recipes from his blog and finally cooked one up tonight. This Honey Chicken recipe is the bomb....my kids and I couldn't get enough! Although, next time I might use just a little less ginger. But, other than that I wouldn't change a thing! This one is definitely a keeper in our house!! Thanks Bobby!!!!
