This looks perfect. I would love this for dinner!
I really like this recipe. We had our first experience with Macaroni Grill at their flagship restaurant over a decade ago and fell in love it. They had talented student servers who could also sing and they would break into arias whenever there was a slight lull in the demands of service. It was great fun. Since they've expanded service some of the restaurants in the chain don't live up to the old standard, but the recipes are great and with proper care produce wonderful food. Your recipe will produce wonderful food.
I saw your picture and immediately started drooling :) I may have to hold off on this recipe for a short while (since it's not overly compatible with my recent attempt at dieting), but will most definitely print it off to make in a month or two!
This looks yummy! you'll have to tell me if you liked the hash recipe.
Thanks Katherine! Mary, I loved hearing your story!!! Rachel, you may have to just treat yourself one day! Heidi the hash was very good - hit the right spot on this chilly, wet day here in Texas!!! Thanks Ladies!!! :o)

I made this for diner tonight and it was delicious! Ended up with drop-in company right at dinner time and this recipe really saved the day. Perfect for company but quick and easy enough for a weeknight. Thanks!
