The Mushroom sauce was very, very good - but a tad time consuming. The steak tips would have been better cooked at a low temp in the oven for a long time - instead of on the grill. Just my 2 cents!!! ;) We gave it a good 4 stars!

Well, we are a day behind on our menu because of my daughter's birthday and tonight is Bunko, so I'm sure we'll be off another day as well.

We had the Bifanas - they were wonderful!!! Everything I have ever made from Full Bellies is to die for! Sandra is an awesome cook!!!

Kathy, I'm SO happy to know that you enjoy my recipes....I do love cooking and hope that the recipes I post on my blog are ones that other families will enjoy too.

And as for the comment you left about the popular food blogger...ICAM....I thought I was the only one that felt that way, but glad to know I'm not LOL

No1here loves Southern Dressing and gave this one 5 stars!!! All the kids and I loved it too!!! I didn't have time for the crockpot, so I baked it in the oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, uncovered.

Forgot to mention, that if you try the Chicken and Dressing - I only used 1 can of broth. Based on the reviews, two would make it too runny!!!

The Corn Dog Muffins got 4 stars in my house. They were very good, but some fell apart on me for some reason. You really need to use liners!
