2-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 box of linguine or other pasta
Cook noodles, and set aside. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic, cream, white pepper, and bring mixture to a simmer. Stir often. Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickended and is smooth. When sauce has thickened, add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth. Stir frequently! You can either place pasta on serving plates and spoon sauce over pasta, or I just added it all to the sauce to warm back up and evenly distribute the sauce. Serves: 4-6
Italian Grilled Chicken
Chicken breastsZesty Italian Salad Dressing
Juice of a medium lemon
I clean my chicken breasts, and pour enough Zesty Italian dressing to cover it all. Let it marinade in the fridge for as long as I want it. Then in the last 30 minutes, add your lemon juice to the marinade. Then grill it up!!!
*This is how I cook my chicken for fajitas, minus the lemon!! Yummm, the best!!! I thought the lemon would be a nice touch with the pasta - and it was!!!

Oh gosh does that every look creamy good!
This looks delicious. Have you ever made this with half-and-half in place of the heavy cream? I'm hoping the cheese would mask the fact a less caloric substitution had been made.
Thanks ladies! No Mary, I haven't. Sorry, but I love heavy cream. I never use low fat either. I have a house full of skinny kids that I try to fatten up every day!!! ;) lol... I try to get them as many calories a day as I can! I'm sure 1/2 & 1/2 would work just fine though.
This is my absolute favorite pasta dish! I am crazy for Alfredo sauce! I love dipping bread in it too.
Your recipe sounds and looks fabulous! :0)
Kim, it's one of my favorites too!!! Yep, had my breadstick in the background!!! Yummm...
Yum, it looks incredible!
Oh this looks so rich and delicious. This is one of my hubby's favorites, maybe I'll make it for his birthday!
One of my alltime favorites! Yours looks amazing!
This is my dd's favorite dish. I have been on the hunt for a homemade sauce. Yours looks really creamy and good. Adding it to the menu.
Pasta is definitely my weakness...especially anything with an alfredo sauce! I love adding chicken to pasta and alfredo sauce, too!!!
Wow your pasta looks like it came from a restaurant. Yummy.
Thanks ladies, you'll have to let me know if you make it!!!
That pasta! Creamy and delicous!
Kathy,
What a great looking meal. I've never made my own alfredo sauce before. It looks delicious and I love the grilled chicken on top. I'll have to give this recipe a try. I think my family would love it.
We loved it Jaime!!! You'll have to let me know how it turns out for y'all!!!
