Well, we made
Pioneer Woman's Brisket and I'm sad to say that it's not a "keeper" in our house. Now don't get me wrong, it had a very good flavor. I just have to realize that I'm a Texan, and us Texans prefer our brisket with a dry rub. So, my search for the "brisket keeper" continues... If you have any rub recipes, please send them my way!
